Fix "Plugin Scan Error" on Windows

If you recently installed any THRaudio plugin on Windows and your DAW reports the plugin as "Failed to scan", which often happens in REAPER, then you are probably missing some dependencies that need to be installed.

The Fix:

Simply download and install this C++ redistributable (Do this with the DAW completely shut down and reopen it after installation).
